!±8± 47' RC Mono bark with 36cc Ryobi chainsaw

47' (1,2m) Rc mono hull homemade from 3mm plywood,powered by a Ryobi 36cc chainsaw and running Proboat Blackjack 55 hardware with a prather 275. This was only the 3rd run of the day,with the 1st one ending with a burnt out throttle servo and snapped throttle cable. The boat is running very rich (not run in yet) and no changes has been made to strut angles ect. I have one big problem though,the boat has hardcore torque roll.Any possible solutions are welcome!!!
